Payments Refund Policy
All payments for Travel Services must be conducted through the Website using the designated payment methods. It’s important to acknowledge that eMalaysiaVisa holds no responsibility for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or credit card company in connection with your purchase of Travel Services.If Malaysia Immigration Policy changes after application submission, and the client’s profile isn’t eligible, they can transfer to other opportunities at no extra cost or receive a 100% refund.
If, for any reason, you mistakenly make a duplicate/double payment, we will refund the excess amount (excluding applicable charges) to your account within 7 business days.Our application is designed in accordance with Malaysia Immigration Policy, which requires you to provide all necessary information. Once you provide the required details, we will begin processing your visa application.
If you fail/forgot to provide any required information during submission, we will contact you via email to request the missing data. Upon receiving your response within the stipulated time, we will proceed with the next steps of processing.
However, If you do not respond to our email within 5 business days, and later request a refund full payment without presenting a valid reason, we reserve the right to deny a full refund. Or, you may complete your visa application through us by providing the remaining required information.
